Rêves de Moutons: The Dream
Starting a farm and inn in the heart of Paso Robles wine country began as a dream on a vacation to another wine region in California. We’ve always enjoyed staying at local bed and breakfasts and family run inns; getting to know the area from the people that live in the region … and we love wine! So when we began talking about raising sheep and goats, making cheese, hosting guests, and providing a unique farm stay agritourism experience, Paso Robles seemed the ideal location in the midst of California’s central coast wine region.
